Sahasra Deepika Foundation for Education has been dedicated to improving the lives of impoverished children in Bangalore, India. We operate Sahasra Deepika Institute on a 4-acre campus outside Bangalore, with Sahasra Deepika International for Education, a registered charitable trust in India. We currently have 56 students at the Institute, all of whom are either orphans or children from destitute single parent homes. Children are provided food, medical care, schooling through the high school level, and a nurturing environment in which to grow and learn.
